I’ve left plenty of comp matches. At worst you get a temp ban for 30-60 minutes. If you were restricted for 2 months you were either cheating, playing with a cheater or your internet is bad. Either way you know. No point posting on the forums asking everyone else what you did.

can assure you i wasn't cheating and if i was i would be banned not restricted and as i said, my internet is absolutely fine but thanks for your answer

Well you may think your internet is fine but multiple players over multiple matches reported you. These reports flagged your account for investigation in which Bungie found reason to take action. To make matters worse for you to get a 2 month restriction you had to ignore... A warning posted in game to you from Bungie. But you kept on playing ruining matches for other who reported you and a second investigation. Then a second warning with a 2 week restriction was issued. But you ignored this and kept on playing earnings more reports against you and another investigation. So something is going on.
