You'd be better off with the Jade Rabbit. Yes it fires slower but you need fewer head shots. But, and I say this sadly as a SR main since D1. Scouts are useless right now, there are better options for each map from most other classes. I'm not saying don't use them, but if KD matters to you, then use something else.

I got my Randy's with Jade Rabbit. I prefer Randy's. I used scouts a lot lately and learned many good positions on maps. I feel like I'm doing fine with them. Sure, I could do better with some low skill AR or Jötunn, but that's not fun to me.
