Grinding for Randy's Throwing Knife is worth it

At first I was disappointed, because the reticle jumps around too much while shooting. But then I took it into PvP and [insert Drifter ooh], it's surprisingly good. Worth it for PvP. Just don't try to compete with ARs in their range bracket. Edit: After sunset it will still be viable in normal PvP where light level advantages are disabled.

  • Yeah, but why would you practice with or perfect a build around a weapon you can’t take into endgame? This idea that people are still going to use sunset weapons in “lesser” activities is a farce. You will always gravitate towards building around endgame viable gear, to which you will also use in non-endgame content as well. They sunset gear. It’s time to empty out your vaults, big fella’s. It’s dead weight.
