Notice how bungie is always talking about, "the data". That's all we are to bungie. Data and dollars.
They are completely removed from the actual daily game play experience of the average player.

Nah if they paid attention to the data we'd all be having a better time and they'd be making more money.

The way I see it is this: Data says we hardly use scouts, so bungie only adds a new scout occasionally (I think we got only 3 this past year, compared to 4-5 each sidearms and subs). What they seem clueless about is why. Because bungie made them suck, of course. But the frustration of trying to main one, is totally lost on them. Get my drift? They only see usage numbers, not the way people actually play the game.
