Have you ever considered that the fact that this game has NO CHAT and no real way to talk to anyone in order to MAKE new friends is the cause of his low progression? I have never complete a raid before, but my characters builds will tear you limb from frame with nobody at the stick. For all you know, he might be a professional that will kindly hand you your rump. Last I checked time is skill. I just now got enough friends willing to actually learn the Raids and are not a bunch of raving anuses hell bent on telling you how you should play, or screaming "YOU NEED A MICROPHONE" only for everyone to be talking about non-sense, fail because nobody can hear, and then start blaming each other because none of them want to admit they are not as good as they thought they were.
