How is it not feedback. Op literally details the thinks that they feel are problems with the game and why those issues have brought them to the point of quitting. That’s the textbook definition of feedback.

The feedback is that the game is not fun and is driving players off. Its a valid point. If you see it as whining, then perhaps you're part of the problem that makes this game the mess that it is.

That is great and all but like a said before he is not saying you could do xyz to make the game better so in my eyes he is just complaining that he isn't having fun

It’s not his job to resolve problems. When you go to a restaurant and get bad food do you go in the kitchen and retrain the chef? No. You tell them my steak was over cooked and the lettuce in my salad was wilted, the beer was warm and the fries were cold. That’s feedback.

Does it need to be bullet pointed in 12 point times new roman for you to accept it as feedback? Or are you able to extrapolate from this and determine what changes he would like to see implemented?
