As a Hunter main, Titans need help. (Part 1: Titan Barricade)
Used to main titan back in Y1. Somewhere in between then and now got onto Hunter. Just went to play Titan today and now I see why I'm still playing Hunter. Seriously, Titans need help. Specifically with their class ability. There was no subclass perk among all the subclasses that dealt specifically with their class ability, the barricade (i.e., Top tree nightstalker: dodge to get invisible, top tree arcstrider, dodge to increase melee range, etc) maybe something like use your barricade and you and your teams shields charge faster while near or behind it. Or you move faster while near it. Or kills from behind barricade or while a barricade is out extend its duration/health pool. Just some ideas.
Just one of many other things I'm sure I'm not even aware of that could be helped for the titans. Again, from a Hunter mains perspective.

I agree that Rally Barricade needs help. Even in the most appropriate situations (raid boss DPS), it's still not good. At this point, it should just be redesigned into something else. Towering is another story. It does what it's supposed to do. Its ability to block off lanes in PvP is a very potent tool on top of the Titan's already solid kit. Slapping buffs onto it is asking for trouble.
