I have cleared the Raid Crown of Sorrows upwards to 20 times on my Warlock. Not once have I ever gotten the Penumbral Bond. I have gotten the Tarrabah 5 times. What is going on!? It's getting to the point where I'm getting paranoid something is wrong. Is anyone else having this problem? My Titan has never gotten his Class Item either. My first run on my Hunter, he got everything but the boots, including the Penumbral Cloak. Is the drop rate for class items super low? Can they drop anywhere, or just from the boss? Am I bugged? I need reassurance or something.
