you'll have to contact sony. apparently they e-mailed players (check spam) when release date was delayed and if you didn't respond they automatically refunded. i would double-check for the refund.

That does not mean you're preordering through Bungie. All that page does is redirect you to the storefront for each game platform. You need to contact that platform's support, and ask them about the status of your preorder/refund.

ah...well, from what i've read, this was a sony processing issue that messed it up. it will get straightened out. don't worry.
