All they need to do is make it so we can shoot through the damn thing all the time. Not just when we have the exotic arms equipped.

Honestly, I think that would be too strong on every barricade. But I wonder why Middle Tree sentinel doesn't have an intrinsic version of Citan's ramparts. I wouldn't mind if you could always shoot through Rally barricade.
