While I can't say whether or not there's an ETA on a fix for destroying an Eye with the Transmutation Sphere not counting, it doesn't seem to have affected you, as this Triumph matches the amount of Eyes the API says you've destroyed. Please double-check the Methane Flush Lost Sector on Titan for the one inside the ceiling.

Well, I do remember hitting at least one eye with a transmutation orb. I’ll double check, just to be sure. Thanks for the help
