Doesn’t warlocks have access to vortex grenades? What’s the point in making another dot grenade?

I just mean a grenade with a purpose rather than just sprinkles, they aren't exactly the go to grenade in D2. At least in D1 they were somewhat viable with their burst DMG. The whole purpose of my idea was the debuff on the opponent and buff for the user, draining life effect was the main idea for this change tbh, doesn't need to be DoT or highly damaging just something new.
