  • I have 20 in download and approximatly 1 in upload And Im wired Also I opened the ports related to destiny and it doesn't change anything

  • Your 1 upload is your biggest issue. That is the minimum Bungie recommends. So any hiccup/strain in the connection (from network congestion, other users/devices on your network, etc) will put you below minimum. On top of that, your connection is being split between 11 other players, 1 virtual server host, and the Bungie servers...so you have little wiggle room in your bandwidth.

    Your upload is really the bare minimum to play D2. That's why you see lag mostly in 6vs6, it's the game mode that truly puts the pressure on your upload, since it's got 12 outbound connections to keep

  • You can try use a cheap router and flash with openwrt and use SQM with cake and the script peace-of-cake.

    I haven't got an optical fibre, but a 100/20 Mbit/s (VDSL) is readily available in most places, unless one lives right out in the sticks...
