Perk procs on 4 shots instead of 5. More forgiving time between shots.

I'd go with 3 so that there aren't any wasted rounds cos the 15 round mag size is a multiple of 3.

Increase mag size by 1, problem solved. 16 shot mag, 4 shots for explosions.
