I thought it was just me....
I have the hotfix version 451.85. I play at 60FPS with VSYNC engaged. even though it is at 60 and in-game counter stays at 60, it feels stuttery.

Try 446.14. It's working good so far for me but I'm still going to observe. It did cut off some stuttering but I noticed random fps drops here and there. Try it and do a fresh install.
