Reasons Why I Should Have A Computer In My Room

Title says most of it. I’ve finally saved up for a computer, for my personal use. Main thing, is my parents won’t let me keep it in my room. So I need your help; Why are some reasons I should keep the computer in my room? Some other things to know: - They want the computer next to the family one, which is located next to my brother and his loud Overwatch playing. There’s very little space there, and I’d boot out my moms laptop space. - They generally like logical reasons for these things, so keep that in mind. - I have a perfect spot for it, literally nothing else is there, aside from a cup of pens. That’s basically it. Y’all are my last lifeline to have an isolated area where I can game in peace!
Hecking Spitfires
• Okay, if you're serious about this then there is only one possible solution. You have to have the talk. You need to explain that, yes, you realize that there are a lot of bad things online, but that they have raised you to be a moral person and that you will do your best to avoid that kind of thing. Tell them that, as a maturing teenager, you need to learn how to decide for yourself what is and is not acceptable in life. Admit that you will, at times, be shocked and disgusted by what you might encounter, but that shielding you will only make it a bigger shock when you're older. Ask them to trust that they have raised you properly. And good luck, you'll need it.
