Reporting profiles on the Bungie.net website is for reporting the profile itself for breaking rules, not if the player was cheating in-game. If you'd like to report cheating, please head to your past games, find the game that the player was in, and use the report button there.

Is there a reason as to why the profile report feature is not showing up for certain players? EDIT: Seems he changed his name via Steam and during that time I was not able to report his profile but I am able to now. Nothing to see here. Thanks again for the help!
