The queens court is available every three weeks, not on the third week every month. If you saw the tech-witch it is the wrong week. If Petra venj is in Rheasilva than it is the correct week

The tech-witch is there every week ,even at the 3rd week. Like i said am missing only 3 triumph to complete this chronicler seal , am pretty much know what am doing there.
