The police do not just pick some random person to “beat” on. Your view of life is so jaded without a hint of reality. I could say, if black people make up 18% of the population, why is it they commit 50% or more of the violent crime? Most black cops are harder on back people. So are they racist? You really need to open your mind and I see the education system has failed you.
