Hi there. From the Xbox Dashboard, press the Start button while Destiny 2 is selected, then go to "Manage game and add-ons." From there, go to "Ready to install" and install the Beyond Light items there. Once those are installed, relaunch Destiny 2 and check with Master Rahool.

Ok! After looking into it and checking out the situation, I have apparently just realized and found out...somehow and some way which is actually quite comical if I don't say so myself. I have not downloaded...as follows Destiny 2 Beyond LIght Pre-Order Pack But I also have a whole bunch of other things that say I don't have downloaded and yet I have complete access to in game as I type this in...as follows Destiny 2: Forsaken Destiny 2: Forsaken - Cayde's Exotic Stash Destiny 2: Shadowkeep Destiny 2: Shadowkeep - Deluxe Pack Destiny 2: Shadowkeep - Pre-Order Pack Just a little thing that is surely curious considering I played through both Forsaken and Shadowkeep in their entirety! XD Thank you so much for the help, I will install what I originally had asked about and get back to you if there is still a problem! My sincere thanks, CDR

If the Beyond Light items aren't in your "Ready to install" section, try the following: - Open the Microsoft Store app and navigate to the specific bundle purchased - Select the “Install” button. - “Ready to install” for Destiny 2 in “My games & apps” should now be populated with the missing DLC. - Retry what I mentioned in the previous response If re-installing the bundle doesn’t populate “Ready to install”, there’s one more thing to try: - Open the Microsoft Store app - Search for “Destiny 2: Beyond Light Pre-Order Pack” and select it from the search results - On the product page, select Install - For Deluxe Edition owners, repeat the above steps for “Destiny 2: Beyond Light Exotic Emote” - Wait for those download(s) to complete and then try the game again

I’ve tried doing this but it still won’t give me the items either.
