They need to do one of two things with pinnacle rewards. They could do both but it wouldn't be necessary if just one was applied.
Option, the first: Create protection from duplicates for the week. Each pinnacle is coded to drop from its source so it can be coded what has dropped. If your crucible pinnacle gave you an energy weapon on your character (ie: warlock, crucible pinnacle, energy, true) then energy cannot be "true" for other sources for that week. This way, while they might only drop at 1-2 above cumulative power, we're getting what we need and power-up faster.
Option, numero dos: If we're not getting protection from repeats then their power level needs to be 4-5 levels above your cumulative highest overall. This way, even if we get a few repeats, we have an easier time having options with the weapons and armor we use. And when we do get the correct drops, we power-up faster.

Yeah that would be the solution, the problem I strongly believe is that they do it the total other way around 🤦🏻♂️ on purpose

Oh, absolutely. I got boots five or six times in a row when turning-in dark engrams for an armor boost as I only needed a helmet at 1050 to be properly set at the cap. We've already established that Bungie has no clue what they're doing and that they absolutely do not respect the time and investment players have made into the game. Sunsetting weapons and armor after you spent all that time to get the right stats and dump all those resources into to masterwork is ONLY happening because they can't think of another way to get players to want to play and grind. See, players are being forced to grind for the same stuff again. They are acknowledging that they don't know how to make players WANT to do any of this stuff so they're not giving players a choice.
