I don't know how or who to talk to but every week with a new update, I end up having to reinstall the entire game because my PS4 pro won't sign into the character select screen. It is literally every update now. Last week I had to reinstall twice before being able to login. My girlfriend PS4 pro is on the same connection and right next to mine and yet she can log in. I don't understand why this is happening and wish someone would please reach out to me. Thank you.
