Are you encountering any specific error messages, and have you followed any steps in the associated Help articles to troubleshoot your issue? You can also review the Network Troubleshooting Guide for general tips on how to improve your connection to other players. Switching from WiFi to a wired Ethernet cable, or making sure your NAT is properly configured can help reduce the number of problems caused by your network connection. One thing to keep in mind is that you should only have UPnP enabled, port forwarding configured, or your console/PC in the DMZ; using more than one solution may cause conflicts. If you've exhausted all options on your end, you may need to work with your ISP to have them resolve any issues within, or on the edges of, their network.

 • The main error we get is "NAT type issue encountered". We don't use WiFi. We've port forwarded based on the ports supplied by Bungie's port forwarding information page. we've enable DMZs which switched our NAT type from moderate to open, and yet we still get NAT/Network errors. We've done all this separately, and attempted to do them simultaneously just in order to see if there was any difference. As to
If you've exhausted all options on your end, you may need to work with your ISP to have them resolve any issues within, or on the edges of, their network.
Our ISP isn't as accommodating as to assist us in this matter, we've attempted to contact them regarding this issue and we were told that the company does not provided or tamper with networking configurations past the point of sale (but simply maintenance or repairs any issues encountered with the hardware supplied). I feel like I need to strongly emphasize and reiterate that we didn't experience any issues whatsoever regarding networking, and joining friend's fireteams when Destiny was on a different platform, nor do we have this issue with any other multiplayer game. I'm more than willing to petition fellow Destiny 2 community members in Qatar to rally and corroborate this information, since at this point our frustration is starting to get the better of us and some are contemplating giving up on the game, which personally is the last thing I want to see happen. We have a solid D2 community here and we don't want to see it diminished because of this particular issue. Once more, I'm pleading to Bungie and any staff member there to help us, and possibly assist us on a more direct level in order to resolve this issue. E.g. Discord.
