They're not going to do anything about it. Heck even the in game reporting tool is a hassle. You try to report someone and it keeps taking you out of the menu, and if don't do it while in the match you wont be able to report them.

Log in -> go to your own profile -> game history -> select correct character -> select the match -> opponents defeated tab has all players in the lobby -> click on name -> report, has the same options as in-game Hassle and obscured yes, but the option exists. There's no time limit for this route, can report as long as the game's in the match history.

On android I can definitely, but on i phone I can't.
