The game has a photo sensitive warning I think. At least on some advertisements. Maybe a warning at the start of game should be added as it's all digital now so no more box to warn on.

Someone else tried to make this point so I checked my box, no warning on it. Plus, my friend has been playing since the game came out and this is literally the only instance of anything across both games causing an issue.

I know there is no in-game warning like Division and most ubisoft games have. I have seen it in game stores but I guess that's because or UK laws store laws. In my opinion, every game, console, screen should have a warning at startup. I am also pretty sure that there is no strict legal requirements due to the (may cause or known to cause) limitations which is stupid but edgy legally but that's what it is. I remember I was with a client and they added some flashing background to their site... a whole discussion came out about the UK and EU laws for strobe lighting warning. Apparently, it's just a guidance and recommendation and not binding. Its stupid...
