Hi there. Bungie no longer owns Halo. Here is a link to the Halo Waypoint forums for support.

What do you mean they don't own Halo? Every time I launch Halo Combat Evolved, it says Bungie. This is Bungies game help forums. I do not understand how the creators of the game can not help me with this game.
-
When Bungie split from Microsoft, 343 Industries took over the Halo franchise. Bungie does not support the Halo games anymore, so any issues you have will need to be directed to 343i.
-
I do not know of this split you talk about. Is 343 based 343 guilty spark? I mean that would make sense that Bungie would sell the game to someone who is in the game, but this split you speak of when did this happen? I do not really get into news a lot and barely play games and only really play Halo Combat Evolved, but you said that they split and sold the game. Could you fill me in with information of this transaction or why Bungie sold Halo?

I don't know if Bungie ever gave an official reason for leaving Microsoft, but this happened in October 2007. But yes, while Bungie created the original Halo: Combat Evolved, you are playing the Halo Master Chief Collection as stated in your video's title, which was developed by 343i. As such, the issue with the achievement not unlocking would need to be brought up with them.
-
The video I provided was a reference to the issue I was having due to me not being able to record my game. My issue is not with the Halo Master Chief Collection, but with Halo Combat Evolved itself.
-
Regardless, Bungie is unable to assist with any any issues regarding Halo games. Please use the link I provided to request assistance from 343 Industries.

I was going through old posts and I found this. I am so sorry for you.
