That's right. It's what I meant by "seasonal vendors". But let's say I wanted a kinetic sniper rifle. You can't focus one, but you can get Long Shadow from Zavala. Except he also has Crucible, Gamit and World drop Engrams. The only other new one is Bite of the Fox. And... well, Saladin has a smaller loot table but tokens are also harder to get...
