..we are getting a full transmog system next year with the expansion. Every armor piece (not all at launch but eventually) will be able to be an ornament. They referenced the collections, so I'd imagine whatever we have in our collections will be a pullable ornament.

I think you misunderstood - that has nothing to do with this thread. There is no way to get the ornaments as the source content was abandoned after players didn't engage with it.

your're right, i did; They did say they want to create more "you had to be there moments" so it's entirely possible newer players will just be out of luck. Would be similar to the old raids going away; new players simply won't have access to them.

I understand the sentiment, but they [i]did[/i] put up old ornaments for sale. And the means of getting faction ornaments were so bad and boring they deleted factions completely - been years now.
