The way the game is handled for new players seems to be a chaotic mess, when I try to get my friends to join and play with me unless me or other veterans are playing with them they’re totally lost and it kills there interest.
Put yourself in the shoes of a person joining this season.
They’re bombarded with so many quests, vendors, locations etc they don’t know where to really start, and they can’t tell which things are worth doing or not at the moment.
They have countless bits of lore and story information to catch up with. All the exotics they need to have drop or exotic quests to complete, learn all the mechanics, unlock locations and activities etc
Really just wish there was a way for my friends to have the game a bit more accessible to them

My little nephew has started playing D2, and I’ve been trying to help him get quests done. He just keeps mentioning bounties he has to do. I only know what I know because ive been playing since day 1. These new players need guidance and a cap on things they receive at one time. The game should take them through the story first to get used to mechanics. Having all these activities open up so early kills the interest and attention span of some players.
