The way the game is handled for new players seems to be a chaotic mess, when I try to get my friends to join and play with me unless me or other veterans are playing with them they’re totally lost and it kills there interest.
Put yourself in the shoes of a person joining this season.
They’re bombarded with so many quests, vendors, locations etc they don’t know where to really start, and they can’t tell which things are worth doing or not at the moment.
They have countless bits of lore and story information to catch up with. All the exotics they need to have drop or exotic quests to complete, learn all the mechanics, unlock locations and activities etc
Really just wish there was a way for my friends to have the game a bit more accessible to them

Edited by HollowedWayfarer: 7/8/2020 12:13:39 AMI came across a new player in a strike a few days ago, fresh out of the tutorial. I made sure to give them a nudge in the right direction and pointed them to Amanda Holliday who would have some of the campaigns available to start (let them get familiar with the world, you know?). Also offered to help whenever they needed it down the line
