Remember, covid has had a massive impact on how gaming companies are working. Also no events like e3 etc. So they have to announce differently.

Very, very good point there. I'm an idiot for not factoring the goddamn pandemic in. September 22nd feels like its gonna be a tough landing then. Even Cyberpunk 2077 was delayed to November. I'd imagine Bungie would want to delay things but the playerbase is restless...
