It WOULD'VE been a good move if it felt like an evolution of the game by replacing our gear with entirely new items to chase.
Instead, they're just reissuing the exact same gear we immediately had before. That's where they screwed up.

This is a small season that was worked on from home, and we still got some new gear. Since beyond light is a major dlc it will have plenty of new weapons and armor, and hopefully for the seasons after that Bungie will be working in their studios, although maybe not and we can't blame them for that.

Working from home is not an excuse
-
Bruh, we're in the middle of a world crisis and you're complaining about a video game developer not adding enough content while having to work from home without all the proper hardware and communication?
-
This pandemic sucks there's no doubt in that.... But bungie set this trend way before this all happened. You may get some new stuff with beyond light but I'm willing to bet you get a lot more old reissued crap than you do new. Sunsetting Isa bad idea and has proven that in the past.
-
Whenever they have done sunsetting they have always added more new weapons than without sunsetting, that's a fact.
-
They also had two other studios and Activision to back them up. If you think they're gonna add more new weapons than reissues, you're delusional
