We really didn’t know too much about forsaken either.
All we know is that Europa is like the biggest destination yet, and that the file size is twice as big as forsaken.

The 9 minute vudoc breaks down everything from the narrative, the new supers, Gambit, the location the Raid was in that would also be changed by it weekly, literal concept art pages and illustrations for some of the new weapons and armor, new MP maps, EVERYTHING. We know little to nothing about Beyond Light other than its price and a few possibly misleading gameplay bites. It is already July 6th and we don't have an enthusiastic Vidoc. This is concerning.

Either they’re super confident that the season will sell itself without too much revealed, or they’re dead set on keeping it mysterious until September. I remember, last season people said that season of arrivals would be terrible because they weren’t hyping or revealing it, but we found out that actually, they were just really confident that the season was good enough by itself.
