Its because you continue to keep playing and Bungie is counting on it. Why would they stop? You'll still be around, regardless.

Trust me people are listening. I routinely get paired with the same people repeatedly in pvp, and that's on PC. Too many casuals on console for that to happen, honestly the casuals on console with money to burn and rich streamers are the only thing keeping this game afloat. That and manipulative marketing. People are sheep and won't hold them accountable. The cycle continues.
