Once the numbers drop a month after Beyond Light they will reverse course and reissue etheric light just like in D1.
This time the caveat will be you can only use it on reissued gear - though by December half of the gear will be reissued.
Ooh - and you can earn Etheric Light in game or pay silver for it.
Don’t delete your vaults people you’ll come to regret it.

Never delete gear I like and I still have 250 vault space.(rough estimate) and some of that space is lore items and useless items. People just have a habit of hoarding stuff like godrolls they probably will never use.

I'm grinding for the gear that comes from the locations being sunsetted so I have them...then gonna try to grind for the raid gear before it gets memoryholed too.

Yeah. I have a feeling that his whole entire sunsetting thing they are doing is just a ploy to get people to cave in and clear out their god rolls just to back peddle on sunsetting. I'm sure they want to remove weapons with damage perks out of circulation. That's why I'd wait until the bitter end until deleting anything. And with the reiissuing I'm sure they might allow us to increase the cap on a weapon anyways.

I love the game but I feel you on this one. For sure not deleting anything until after release.
