People STILL preorder?
😂
-
Yeah. I'm getting BL anyway. So may as well preorder and get the fancy rewards.
-
Just look for the emblem. Tons of people pre-ordered.
-
People pre-order still because there are incentives. There is nothing wrong with it, its kinda like investing.
People pre-order still because there are incentives. There is nothing wrong with it, its kinda like investing.
That is a really weird parallel to draw.

You are putting money into to something without really knowing. It is weird but makes sensee to me
You are putting money into to something without really knowing. It is weird but makes sensee to me
What you just described sounds more like gambling than investing, which is a more appropriate word to use when preordering anything for this franchise.
-
Investing is also like gambling, when you invest you have a chances to gain and just as much chance to lose.
-
Sh**************t, this thing suck a$$ so bad it ain't even worth playing free!
People STILL preorder?
Other than the fanboys and the casuals, I'm not sure why anyone preorders anything Bungo makes.
-
So I am guessing you are a new light player or have you bought forsaken or Shadowkeep because I can’t tell if you have never played destiny at its best like during Forsaken and D1’s Taken King
So I am guessing you are a new light player or have you bought forsaken or Shadowkeep because I can’t tell if you have never played destiny at its best like during Forsaken and D1’s Taken King
I been around this block since October of 2014. Bought D2 and got a full refund, then went free to play because this franchise isn't worth spending money on. D1 was not at its best during TTK. It was at its best during HoW.

People STILL preorder?
Other than the fanboys and the casuals, I'm not sure why anyone preorders anything from any game company because preordering is pretty stupid when most things are digital and you are not at risk of product shortages that drove the preorder market in the first place.
Fixed it for you.
-
You aren't wrong, but let's be fair. There's a large chunk of people who preorder, not because they are afraid the product will sell out, but because they are enticed by shiny things and fancy words.
-
Which is why I choose not to worry about other people’s usage of money. When one does an audit on how they spend their money, few can believably tell me that they make 100 percent smart purchases. Because that would be a lie. Because we are human, and humans are weak.

Edited by Viguier: 7/6/2020 3:08:18 PMPre-ordering is a way to say to a company we trust them, that's why i will preoder Cyberpunk and nothing from Bungie (even if i used to love their work.)

I preorder games I know I will play, I get my money’s worth either way.

Edited by VindictiveAdept: 7/6/2020 3:46:24 PMI already preordered Cyberpunk but beyond light is a big maybe.
I already preordered Cyberpunk but beyond light is a big maybe.
Don’t preorder Bungie products. They lost that trust.

Yes - Unfortunatly.
