On that post I talked about how I was having trouble even logging into orbit before getting error coded back to the start. This issue is still persisting and I haven't been able to get on Destiny since reset, but I also wanted to give some more information about the issue. I've eliminated PC hardware issue as I've used motherboard ethernet, a totally new NIC and a completely seperate device to try log in and the problem still remained. It's also not an issue with my network as I've tethered to my phone data to connect and that still didn't work. Then I looked up the Destiny 2 ASN ip addresses and pinged quite a few of them only to have 100% packet loss across the board. This leads me to believe that the issue I'm facing is perhaps due to something on your end, so any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
