If people stopped giving teabaggers so much attention, they'd start doing it less.

This is "boys will be boys" logic that is farcical at best. The point of the post was to ask if it is in violation of the Code of Conduct and request a report tool if it is. Just as we would report verbal abuse over chat and written over messages.
