Hi there. What part of the In the Face of Darkness quest are you stuck at?

Did you check all of your quests? To make sure it isn’t there. I had that happen to me didn’t give it to me but when I checked quests it was there. Outside of that i would say get it on a different character finish it then you only will have the weekly quest to do for the others

Then I'm afraid I don't have an answer to get you past that. It is currently under investigation and the reason why it hasn't been "fixed" is because it's unclear yet what exactly is causing the issue as players are reporting different situations. Come back later for today's TWAB to see if Bungie announces an upcoming fix for it.
