We know from Cayde-6 speaking through the radio in the D1 tower, that some Hunter’s got stuck out by the Pyramid (again, I cannot find the exact quote). Everything's significant." [/quote] [b]Gulf of Mexico:[/b] Literally only one idle chatter line mentions this area, but it’s implied to be held by at least one of the enemy races, likely the Eliksni. It’s also shown in the Live Action trailer of Destiny 1, way back before it’s release; showing a city overrun by plant life and experiencing a storm (likely a type of Typhoon). Lakshimi-2 also says the following about the location, which really give’s question to the Collapse and the location: [quote] "Another war story? Well, I could tell you about the knights that Darkness overrun in Mumbai."[/quote] [b]Saharan Contested Zone: [/b] This area was controlled by Warlord Kandak and they killed off multiple Guardians who came into the area. Someone called the Red Moon Phantom caused problems for the Warlord as displayed in the flavour texts in the Red Moon Phantom armour set.
