For all armor you will be to turn it into an ornament so you won't have to worry about how u look. As for stats u will really only have to change armor like once or twice every year. It's really not as bad as u think. For weapons it's just to change up the meta cause it hasn't changed. Us veteran player have no reason to get new weapons for end game so this is a nice refresh without completely having to restart
