Armour should not be sunset at all. When it comes to weapons i was gonna wait and see what new weapons they added before forming an opinion, but they reissued 14 weapons and added only 6 new ones (about 1 or 2 of which that are actually interesting).
My biggest issue is that pinnacles are getting sunset, they're some of my favourite weapons. They're cool, some of the most fun weapons there are in the game and they're also (mostly) good.

EXACTLY. Good armor takes forever to get, Great armor is nearly impossible. Keeping up with the mod systems only compounds this problem by essentially removing mods we build builds around. Masterworked armor especially should be free of infusion caps, especially when you consider the materials it costs to masterwork 4 legendary armor pieces and an Exotic. It is completely tone deaf and irrespective of our time and effort.
