I got the umbral Enhancement 3 upgrade on the prismatic recaster and decrypted 9 umbral engrams afterwards exclusively focused to armor, and I didn't get a single piece that was powerful, Umbral Enhancement 3 says armor should drop at a higher stat value occassionally. could this have anything to do with the recent patch preventing everyone from getting potentially higher light armor from umbral engrams at reset?
