I do have a technical issue I’ve recently reinstalled the game and it seems all my toons got reset back to low level while they all where level 40 and my light power is now down to 0 too from 750 where I left them off

To clarify, we are discussing Destiny 1, correct? Destiny 2 characters cannot be brought back into Destiny 1.
