On the Gift Triumph, that one is tracking the three ranks of Gifts found in the Recaster sub-menu, not rank up rewards. It may or may not be glitched. Everyone got a 1/3 when claiming one gift in Rank 1. Once you've acquired all of rank 1 and acquire your first rank 2 Gift it definitely does not go up to 2/3. However, I'm waiting to see if it will go up when you've acquired all of the Rank 2 gifts.
