Where did you buy the code from?
This help forum is the best place to get help from Bungie reps as well as help from mentors such as myself or from community members who help around here. Bungie does patrol the forums but only during working hours which is Monday to Friday 9-5 PDT and sometimes on the weekend.

i didnt buy the code. i bought the entire thing from bungie.net. i got it on preorder and never tried the code until now.
