I get stutters. It happened after the new update. I turned everything to low but it still stutters. But the frames stay high. It's weird and I haven't seem Bungie talk about it.

I know right!! I get so much lag and changing my settings does nothing, although for me the framerate does stay very low. Its really annoying and bungie doesnt seem to care??

I feel like its a recent problem that started again and they haven't noticed it. I haven't seen many people talking about it so maybe once it gets big they will fix it. I hope
