I went to read a few posts on the forum and I think I was banned because I had Cheat Engine in the background that I use on offline games. Now I would like to know if it is possible to remove my ban, also because I did nothing at the end
Running cheatengine while playing d2 is enough to get banned.
We do not ban players for simply having cheat tools installed, but do ban for running them while playing Destiny 2.
We do not differentiate between cheat tools for Destiny 2 and cheat tools for other games because it would be easy to avoid a ban by making a Destiny 2 cheat tool that pretends to be a cheat tool for another game.
Make sure you turn all cheat tools off before running Destiny 2 and you won’t have to worry about bans.

Now I would like to know if it is possible to remove my ban
You filed the appeal, that is all you can do. Keep in mind…Bungie rarely will send you a reply unless your ban is overturned. So if more than a few days have passed without a reply, then the answer is no, and the ban will stand.

I filed the complaint a couple of days ago because i thought i got banned because my game crashed. I wrote here the real reason i tought I was banned for, since I cannot open another dispute because it would be ignored or eliminated (so it is written on the site)

The appeal would cause them to review the reason and validity of the ban regardless of what you wrote. Based on your having CE open while playing the ban would be considered valid and the appeal denied most likely as I have never seen a CE ban overturned.

Ok thank you, I will try.
