[BUG] Can't combine Resonate Stems
If I remember correctly, before the season 11 launch, there was a "Press F to combine" prompt. Now it's missing; pressing F or clicking does nothing. This is preventing completion of the exotic quest for Sleeper Simulant.
[EDIT - Solved]
I was at step 3/5 of the Nascent Dawn quest, which apparently interferes with the Sleeper Simulant quest. Completing one step of Nascent Dawn allowed me to combine my Resonate Stems.
