I had a combo modem/tmobile network extender(mini cell tower) and unknown to me would cause lag spikes that were not that noticeable to me. But using some network tracing tools and some help from my ISP they were able to see the issue and I got new equipment. At least that's what I thought the issue was. However, I posted earlier today and they said I was using a cheat suite. The only thing I could think of would be Autohotkey and AutoIT, an automation tool I use for work for filling out forms and click heavy interfaces quickly.
